Building upon her background in corporate training and development, and her own experience as a successful small business owner, Georgianna provides consulting services to enable organizations to move toward their goals. Her consultation services primarily focus on:

Recent consultation work includes:
- Designing and leading a series of focus groups, as part of a targeted needs assessment, resulting in a program design, job description and first year plan for a nonprofit alumni engagement effort,
- Assessing the feasibility of expanding a small start-up business into a national model, using market analysis, interviews, focus groups to determine when, how and in what form to move the business forward
- Consulting and coaching a school-based nonprofit program founder regarding enhancing program capability and operations
- Launching a series of mind/body workshops after identifying desired behavioral changes for a mid-life population
- Identifying knowledge and skills needs of a client group, in order to develop an on-line learning product to drive organizational growth
Coming from a Performance Improvement perspective and using a collaborative coaching style, G takes a holistic view of organizations and facilitates processes that enable her partner-clients to gain a larger perspective on their issues and needs. Often, organizations are so close to and involved with their own concerns that they cannot see a “big picture” and instead feel themselves surrounded by chaos.
